Meet David Kiskovski
I grew up in a global healthcare software family business. Being entrusted with mission-critical services for hospitals and patients was a humbling experience. It showed me the weight of responsibility and the importance of care in leadership. That chapter not only shaped my values, it also sparked my desire to be entrepreneurial and, one day, to lead something of my own. When the business eventually partnered with a large private equity group, I saw how personal that transition can be for a founder. It gave me a deep respect for the people who run businesses, for what it means to hand over something you’ve built, and for how important it is to find the right partner for the next chapter.
Along the way, I built experience as an AI engineer and team leader, while also working in operations within my family business and serving as a director of our family office. These experiences taught me how to manage complexity, lead teams, and think long term.
However, it became clear that these experiences wouldn’t fulfill my entrepreneurial drive. Instead of staying in finance or technology, I wanted to create impact directly inside a business, working alongside employees, supporting customers, and building on the legacy a founder has created. Just as importantly, I wanted to use the lessons my family and I learned during our own transition to make that process smoother and more supportive for other business owners.
That’s why I am pursuing this path: to find one great company where I can step in as CEO, carry the business forward with care, and build for the long term.
Originally from France but having grown up in London, England, I now live in New York.
Some of my best memories are of weekends spent with my family, often around sports.
I’ve also always loved getting out of my comfort zone and finding new experiences to dive into.
